Chris has more than 25 years of distribution business experience, having started his career as an order selector at a frozen food warehouse distributor. During his career he has worked in several positions, most recently serving as chief operating officer for First Source, one of the largest privately-held national candy packagers and distributors.
Before that, Chris was the senior vice president (SVP) of logistics for Supervalu, overseeing all operations for 29 distribution centers across the country. Chris has also served as the SVP of Operations for Grocers Supply Company, a multi-billion-dollar regional wholesale food distributor in Texas, where he was in charge of all distribution, private fleet transportation, logistics, fleet and facility maintenance, construction, reclamation, security, environmental health and safety, inventory management, strategic planning, and operational execution. Additionally, he has worked in progressive roles at the Nash Finch Company, Tree of Life, Walgreens, McLane Company, and Kmart Logistics.
Chris received his Bachelor of Business Administration & Management from Saint Leo University and his Master of Business Administration from Webster University.

With more than 35 years of experience in the disposables, packaging, and re-distribution business, Bob is keenly prepared for the rapid changes affecting our industry. It is Bob's desire that Millennium Distribution forever maintains its ability to be flexible and innovative when it comes to our customers' needs.
Before co-founding Millennium Distribution with Greg Payne, Bob served as a U.S. Army officer and worked for Mobil Chemical and Bunzl Distribution.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard Payne University, a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University, and a Master of Strategic Leadership from LeTourneau University.
Jacob Willis is the vice president of sales for Millennium Distribution. As the VP of sales, Jacob oversees the sales efforts of Millennium Distribution, which include the supermarket, process, food service, and redistribution markets.
With more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience, Jacob has been immersed in the distribution industry, from the supermarket industry to the processor industry. Jacob provides efficient and focused sales and marketing strategies that achieve Millennium Distribution's strategy, growth, and profit goals.
Jacob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Dennis Moore is the information technology director at Millennium Distribution. As IT director, Dennis leads the overall information technology strategy for Millennium Distribution as well as directing teams in the specific areas of architecture, infrastructure, IT security, and risk management.
With many years of experience in the high-tech industry, Dennis is adept at dealing with changes in technology and Millennium Distribution's diverse internal customers. Prior to his role at Millennium, Dennis held various positions at Lancer, including manager of systems and networks.
Dennis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
